Family Planning:

The Family Planning Clinic provides education, counseling, health assessment, and physical examinations for women who are seeking birth control methods to promote planned pregnancies.  Pregnancy testing and counseling are also provided.

Education on sexually transmitted diseases and good health practices is also included.  Special adolescent education is provided when appropriate.

Birth Control Methods include:

• Birth Control Pills
• Depo Provera Injections
• Condoms & Spermicide
• Diaphragms

Fees are based on the client's income using a sliding scale that is approved by the Ohio Department of Health.  Medicaid cards are accepted.
