WIC is the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children.

• You are eligible for WIC if your gross family income (before deductions) falls within guidelines.  For information call 419-448-5782 in Tiffin or 419-435-4401 in Fostoria.
• If you receive Medicaid or ADC, you are automatically income eligible upon providing proof of this assistance.
