WIC is the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children.

WIC Provides:

• Lead testing
• Biannual height, weight, hematocrit and diet evaluations
• Nutrition education
• Referral coordination with immunizations and other services
• Supplies food for:
  • Women - pregnant, breastfeeding and post-partum
  • Infants - under 1 year
  • Children - 1 to 5 year of age.
